Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Virtual Stager (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract.

Paid plans include a set number of photo credits per billing period. One credit is consumed each time an image is generated, whether furniture is added or removed.

Subscriptions renew automatically for the selected billing period until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

Unless required by law, payments are non-refundable and unused credits do not carry over between billing periods.

We may change prices with reasonable notice. Changes take effect at your next renewal.

You keep ownership of the photographs you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process, store and transmit them for the purpose of providing the Service.

You confirm you own or are licensed to use every photograph you upload and that its use does not infringe anyone's rights.

Subject to payment, generated images are yours to use in your property marketing.

Virtually staged images must be presented honestly. You agree to label generated images as virtually staged wherever required by MLS rules, portal policies or local law.

You must not use the Service to misrepresent a property's condition, structure or dimensions, to create unlawful, deceptive or offensive content, or to upload images of people without consent.

You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, scrape or overload the Service.

Images are produced by an automated model and may contain imperfections. You are responsible for reviewing every image before publishing it. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose.

We aim to keep the Service available but may suspend or modify it for maintenance, security or operational reasons. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost sales or commissions.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
