Virtual Stager provides AI virtual staging and furniture removal for property photographs. In this policy "we", "us" and "our" refer to Virtual Stager. You can reach us at hello@virtualstager.co or +44 (0) 7398 850 632.

Account information: your email address and authentication details when you create an account.

Images you upload: photographs of rooms you submit for staging or furniture removal, and the generated results.

Billing information: subscription plan, billing status and payment identifiers. Card details are handled by Stripe and never stored on our systems.

Enquiry details: the name, email, brokerage and message you send through our contact form.

Technical data: basic log and device information needed to operate and secure the service.

To generate staged or de-cluttered images from the photos you upload.

To create and manage your account, credits and subscription.

To respond to enquiries and provide customer support.

To monitor, secure, debug and improve the service.

To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Photos you upload are sent to our third-party AI image provider solely to produce your requested output. We do not sell your images, and we do not publish them without your permission.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and market each photograph you submit.

We share data only with service providers who help us run Virtual Stager: our hosting and database provider, our AI image provider, and Stripe for payments. Each processes data on our instructions.

We may disclose information where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

We keep account and billing records for as long as your account is active and afterwards where required for legal or accounting purposes. Uploaded and generated images are retained only as long as needed to provide the service or until you delete them.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@virtualstager.co and we will respond within one month.

If you are in the UK or EU and are unhappy with our response, you may complain to your local data protection authority.

We use encrypted connections, access controls and reputable infrastructure providers to protect your data. No online service can be guaranteed completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to reduce risk.

We use essential cookies and similar storage to keep you signed in and to remember basic preferences such as a plan you selected before signing up. We do not use advertising cookies.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the date below and, where appropriate, notified to you by email.
